When measuring, stand wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with your new shoes. women's styles start at size 5, however most start at size 5½. Most styles are available in half sizes from 5½ to 10 and many are available in size 11. We do not offer size 10½. Slippers and some casual styles are available in whole sizes only from 5 to 11. If you wear a half size and only whole sizes are available, we recommend ordering the next size up unless otherwise noted. All styles are available in standard width B only.

Receive Free Shipping on orders over $50. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion is not valid on Clearance items.

RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. You may obtain return authorization by visiting our Returns Center or via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You may drop the package at any FedEx location. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items which may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges are not refundable and depending on the return method, there is a $2.95 or $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
