Preorder and backorder items will ship once inventory becomes available, on or about the date mentioned on the website.
We also offer expedited shipping – two day and next day on merchandise that is in stock. Please note, all expedited orders must be placed before 1:00pm ET to ship out same business day. All expediated orders placed after 1:00pm ET, will ship the following business day.

RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
You can generate a QR code by visiting our Returns Center. Afterwards, simply drop off your return at a FedEx Office location nearby. No shipping box or label needed however, the shoe box is mandatory. You can also choose to print a return label, affix it on the package and drop your return at any FedEx location.
We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items which may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 restocking and handling fee per order deducted from the refund. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
