SHIPPING:

Receive Free Shipping on orders over $50. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

Preorder and backorder items will ship once inventory becomes available, on or about the date mentioned on the website.

We also offer expedited shipping – two day and next day on merchandise that is in stock. Please note, all expedited orders must be placed before 1:00pm ET to ship out same business day. All expediated orders placed after 1:00pm ET, will ship the following business day.

Due to nationwide shipping volume, you may experience a delay. We are keeping a close eye on all orders and will update you if we anticipate a change. We appreciate your patience.

RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

You may obtain a return authorization by visiting our Returns Center or via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You may drop the package at any FedEx location.

You can also generate a QR return code and bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the shoe box and original tags, to one of our Express Returns locations.

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items which may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 restocking and handling fee per order deducted from the refund. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
